That is why Young Minds Therapy provides a variety of therapies in a confidential and non-judgmental manner for children, teens, and their families who are experiencing mental health challenges or trying to navigate all the challenges young people and their families face. I specialise in addressing issues such as anxiety, stress, depression, low self esteem, behaviour and attention issues, adjustments related to separation/divorce, social skill challenges, grief, OCD, conflict, trouble managing academic demands and emotional regulation challenges. My approach is individualised and holistic, tailored to meet the unique needs of each young person I work with and meet them where they are at with compassion, kindness and understanding. At Young Minds Therapy a strengths based Positive Psychology approach is used in therapy where we focus on character strengths, strategies and solutions.
